Crew member - Summer 24
•The Crew Member team can be divided into the kitchen and service department. The kitchen is responsible for creating food, whereas the service is responsible for serving their customers.
◾Provide friendly customer service to waterpark guests, maintaining the standards of performance, service, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety in the restaurant, responsible for communicating with guests on restaurant amenities and procedural standards.
◾It is important to make sure that the food areas are clean for our guests. It will be required every shift to help clean up the food area, this includes sweeping, picking up garbage, changing out the trash bags, making sure the tables are arranged nicely, cleaning tables, and any other tasks necessary.
Compensation
USD 12.00 (paid bi-weekly )

Cashier - Summer 24
◾Take food orders and cashier duties from guests.

Work Schedules will be assigned upon arrival. Schedules will be dependent upon business levels and could be very early morning hours or late night hours.

Hiawatha Residence Hall is a licensed housing accommodation. This means that the Village of Lake Delton has inspected this housing and has approved it for J1 Students. It is REQUIRED to live in a Licensed Housing Accommodation.
◾It is required to live in Host Company provided housing.
◾Once you sign the job offer, you are agreeing to the housing provided by your Host Company.
The Community and Administration Building (CAB) houses our office, laundry facility, and a community recreational room. The community room is an area for our occupants to gather, enjoy each others company, have fun, and relax. The community room has couches, a T.V. a Ping Pong table, and a billiard table.

◾There is one bathroom in each room that will be shared between 2-4 people.
◾There is a common kitchen area in each building that has a stove, oven and sink. There are also tables. You must provide your own cooking utensils-pots, pans, silverware, dish soap, towels, etc.
◾In each room there are 3 to 4 twin sized beds with mattresses and a shelf and locker above to store your items. Linens and a pillow are provided as part of your admin fee. There is a fridge and microwave in the room.
◾Each student will get their own bed.
◾If you are a couple and want to live together, you MUST have another person that will agree to live with you before arrival. There must be at least three people living in the room. There is no guarantee that you will be able to room together during your time on program however IRH will do their best to accommodate your request.
◾You may REQUEST to live with your friends upon arrival, however it is not guaranteed.
◾You will be given an IRH I.D that you will be asked to have with you at all times while on property and to enter the property.
◾There is NO alcohol allowed on property.
◾Visitors will have to remain in the common area during visit and will not be allowed in the rooms.
